Providing care and support for cancer patients and their families for over 30 years

NACC offers a completely FREE service for cancer patients across North Ayrshire.

Whether you need help getting to and from appointments or would like to work with one of our support groups, we'll make sure you get the help you need to deal with day to day.

We're able to do this with the help of our wonderful volunteers and through money raised by our charity shops and from donations.

If you would like to help out by giving us some of your time or a contribution, please get in touch today.

FREE TRANSPORT

Transport is, without a doubt, the most important part of all that we do to help cancer patients and their carers.

Most cancer treatments and specialist consultations take place in Glasgow (mainly the new Beatson at Gartnavel) or other places which are equally inaccessible to those without their own transport.

SHOPS

At North Ayrshire Cancer Care, we offer all our support services completely free.  Our charity shops play a vital role in raising the funds we need so that we can continue to help patients and their families, whenever they need us.

You get a great deal on clothes and books AND get to make a real difference to people across North Ayrshire.

SERVICES

As well as transport, we also offer Reiki treatments and counselling sessions.

Therapeutic and positive - everyone is welcome at NACC.

DONATIONS

Whether it's your money or your time, donating to North Ayrshire Cancer Care is a great way to make a real difference in someone's life.

People like you allow us to support people with cancer all day every day, for free. That includes transport to and from appointments, groups where they can talk and even pamper session to make them feel a bit more normal.

"Fantastic service. Volunteers are all lovely, so are the drivers. I don't know what we would have done without this place. When my mum was going to the Beatson for her treatment, my husband and I would have had to get time off our work to take her.

They are amazing. My mum absolutely loved going to the small groups that are on in the centre and creating things and making new friends.

Keep up the good work. You are all amazing."
